He has been practising CBT for a number of years and completed his MSc in CBT at the University of Birmingham in 2002.

He currently works for the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for the Liaison Psychiatry and Traumatic Stress Service and part time with the South Wales Fire & Rescue Service. He also provides clinical CBT supervision to a range of different mental health professionals and is a visiting lecturer at the University of West for England.
