I am a Senior Student in Core Process Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute, working towards accreditation with UKCP.

Core Process Psychotherapy draws on both modern Western psychotherapeutic approaches and the wisdom and compassion of Buddhist psychology.  Working with body, mind and spirit, it helps us to gain insight into our suffering and contact our potential for change.

I offer an opportunity to bring awareness to whatever is going on for you, in an atmosphere of safety, warmth and acceptance. That awareness brings more choice and is, in itself, the start of the healing process.
