I am a qualified counsellor with a diploma in counselling from U.W.E.  

I am also an accredited Alcohol and Drugs counsellor.

I have 15 years experience of working as a counsellor, and 5 years working with clients with addictions.

My theoretical approach is integrative, bringing together humanistic values with psycho-dynamic and person centred ways of working.

I can work with you for a short number of sessions or over a longer period of time.   We will negotiate this at your first session and review after an agreed number of sessions.

I am a member of B.A.C.P. (British Assoc. of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and am bound by their ethical framework for good practice.

I offer a sliding scale of fees from £25.00 - £35.00   .
