I am a qualified counsellor with integrative/solution focused models of therapy. I have a number of years of experience and have worked with a range of issues. 

I feel that clients have the ability to move forward themselves and to confront challenging issues within a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Often old behaviour or being stuck can keep the individual from their real potential growth. Counselling offers a route whereby blocks in life can be explored and personal freedom can be a reality.  I am also a Coach and Coaching Supervisor.
