I am a person-centred counsellor who works with clients towards achieving greater acceptance and understanding of their selves and life circumstances.  My approach is humanistic and I believe in the transforming ability of people to manage and grow through life's changes to become fulfilled individuals.

I have a diploma in counselling and the post graduate equivalent of a first class honours degree in psychology. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work and live according to its ethical framework.

I am able to offer a variety of appointment times including early mornings and evenings and low cost counselling where appropriate.
