I am an Integrative Counsellor/ supervisor.  I have an MA in psychodynamic counselling (Reading University), an integrative supervision training (Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute) and an integrative psychotherapy training (SPTI). 

I provide a non-judgemental, non-shaming, safe environment for individuals to explore their personal issues. I believe that insight enables us the choice to think, experience and behave differently, if we so choose. I work with the body and mind processes.
