I am a graduate trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute in Devon, working towards accreditation with the UKCP.

Core Process Psychotherapy combines both Eastern and Western understandings and allows us to bring awareness to how we do ourselves and how we meet the world.

I offer a clear and gentle space within which you can explore, in safety and without judgement, those patterns built up over a life time, which limit you and no longer serve you.
